A compact A/V switcher in the EasyIP ecosystem, the EasyIP Dock connects in EasyIP cameras, video, and audio to a computer while simultaneously extending that computer’s HDMI output over the network for flexible presentation and conferencing spaces.

At the center of your room’s conferencing system, the EasyIP Dock brings together cameras, microphones, and content sources into a unified AV workflow. EasyIP cameras and Dante audio devices connect over the network to the EasyIP Dock, delivering professional-quality video and crystal-clear audio. Connect a computer or BYOD via USB 3.0 to join video conferences on Microsoft Teams and Zoom, or integrate with learning management systems such as Panopto and Kaltura. The USB connection includes Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) necessary for conferencing, ensuring echo-free audio for remote participants.

Presenters can connect a laptop to the EasyIP Dock via HDMI to distribute content over the network to EasyIP endpoints, making it easy to share presentations, videos, or other materials in remote spaces. For in-room display needs, the HDMI loop-through provides a straightforward pass-through connection to a monitor or projector, allowing local viewing without requiring additional AV equipment.

Built on AV-over-IP technology, the EasyIP Dock is part of the larger EasyIP ecosystem, offering a feature-rich solution for receiving and managing video and audio streams. The full 15x13 cross-point audio matrix enables advanced configurations, including 8x8 Dante routing along with dedicated paths for balanced analog and HDMI input. This allows for flexible audio distribution tailored to different AV setups. Use with EasyIP CeilingMIC D microphones or other Dante-enabled devices for scalable, high-quality networked audio.

The EasyIP Dock offers multiple control options, allowing users to adjust PTZ camera settings, switch video feeds, and integrate with third-party control systems. UVC control over USB supports soft conferencing applications, while Telnet allows integration with third-party control systems for centralized AV management. The included web interface provides easy access to system settings from any computer, while the optional Vaddio Device Controller offers in-room touch control.

The EasyIP Dock’s compact design allows for discreet mounting under tables, behind displays, or in AV racks, while also offering an attractive tabletop or desktop placement option. Power over Ethernet (PoE+) simplifies power and cabling, reducing installation complexity.
