NEC 24/7 USAGE - PH1000/1400U (1ST-

Projectors are primarily designed for standard office use.

For selected models in mission critical applications, NEC offer 24/7 usage.

For PH-Series:

- Service Type: Depending on area: “Collect Repair and Return” or “Return to base” service
- Terms: Warranty extension can be purchased within 3 months after product delivery. According to currently valid guarantee terms provided on the NDS-E website. Projectors operating under 24/7 conditions are likely to experience aging effects (e.g. brightness, color uniformity), which cause visible deterioration of image quality. Consequently NEC considers that projectors, which are operated as 24/7 , and which have visible image deterioration are nonetheless still offering an acceptable performance within the expected aging processes and will not be considered defective. Extended Warranty is only valid if serial numbers are provided.
- Exceptions: No extended warranty for lamps. 24/7 warranty extension is not valid for installation above 1.600 meters.
- Note: Transport Case Service chargeable.
